Update - 9/13/2006:
In case you can't tell from the picture the animal on the fence is a raccoon. Asha was going crazy in the house so I let her out and she ran to the fence. I then heard hissing and saw some movement on top of the fence. I thought it was our neighbor's cat because Asha and the cat are always going after each other but then I saw the distinctive masked face and told Asha to go back inside. I was a little freaked out about being so close to it but I had to get a picture to commemorate the event.
